Buy usage credits whenever you need them. Manual reload is the default, so nothing is charged unless you choose to. Auto reload tops up your balance automatically when it runs low, and you can turn it off at any time.

What can the agents actually build?
Forged AI agents build approved features, integrations, bug fixes, and product improvements across your codebase. Forged breaks each feature into implementation-ready tasks, then the agents write and test the code and submit the changes as reviewable pull requests. You approve each merge or let changes ship automatically.
Do I stay in control?
Always - on your terms. You approve the plan and choose which features to build. Every change can land as a pull request for your review, or you can let trusted work ship automatically. You decide how much to stay in the loop.
Who owns the code and plans Forged creates?
You do. The plans, specifications, code, tests, and pull requests Forged generates for you are yours, and Forged assigns you any rights it may have in them. Implementation lands in your own GitHub repository under your account. Generated output can incorporate third-party or open-source components subject to their own licenses, and Forged retains rights to the Forged service itself.
How does pricing work?
Every account starts with $250 of free AI usage. Feature planning, agent implementation, and the compute those agents run on draw from it as the work is performed, so you can go from an idea to a verified pull request before paying anything. There is no signup fee and no subscription.
Are you using the best AI models for my code?
Forged uses leading AI models, including Opus 5/Sonnet 5/ChatGPT Sol, with high-compute reasoning effort for both writing and reviewing code. That gives the models more capacity to understand your existing product, reason through complex changes, and check their work. We then test and verify the implementation before presenting it for review.
How does Forged protect my code?
Forged connects to GitHub through a scoped GitHub App and accesses only the repositories you authorize. Implementation work runs in isolated sandboxed environments using short-lived, task-scoped repository access. We do not use Customer Content to train or fine-tune AI models, whether general-purpose models or Forged’s own models, except in the form of Aggregated Data. See our Security page for more detail.
Do I need a GitHub account to start?
Not right away. You can describe your idea and get a full plan without connecting anything. A GitHub account only comes into play once you're ready for Forged to build the feature and ship it into your codebase, since that's where the agents open pull requests. It's free and takes a couple of minutes to create if you don't have one.
What happens when my free usage runs out?
You buy usage credits and keep building. Manual reload is the default, so nothing is charged unless you choose to. If you would rather not pause to top up, auto reload adds to your balance automatically, and you can turn it off at any time. Your credits never expire, including the free usage you start with.
